About The Position

This role involves working with executive management to evaluate risks and liability exposure during the bid and contract negotiation process. The position requires researching regulatory, legislative, and industrial issues, and drafting legal language as appropriate. The Contract Program Admin will manage the contracts database for tracking, summarizing, and analyzing every contract, oversee compliance and performance obligations, and act as a liaison and customer support to facilitate business between parties and coordinate resolution of minor conflicts.

Requirements

  • Adequate knowledge of law governing contracts and resources for researching regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Experienced with MS Office suite of programs, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently solve problems
  • Project management
