About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, current resident records, including progress notes and medication administration records.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to exceptional resident care.
