About The Position

Recruit physician, hospital, and ancillary service providers to sign network participation agreements that comply with corporate, health plan, and state guidelines, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are included. The role develops a provider network for an assigned region, leads provider recruitment, and supports accurate provider setup, contract configuration, claims adjudication, and ongoing contract compliance. This is a remote position for candidates located in Pennsylvania and requires occasional travel for meetings. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience in a hospital or physician’s office/group setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Must be located in Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of state and/or federal healthcare programs, such as Medicaid and Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a network for an assigned region and set of providers.
• Lead assigned physician, hospital, and ancillary provider recruitments, ensuring complete and accurate standard contracts that meet objectives.
• Facilitate and oversee provider setup and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims adjudication.
• Initiate contact with potential providers based on geographic and specialty needs and update the database.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance.
