About The Position

Recruit physician, hospital, and ancillary service providers to sign network participation agreements that comply with Corporate, health plan, and State guidelines, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are included. This remote role is open to candidates working anywhere in the United States, with work hours aligned to Central or Eastern Time Zone business hours. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience in a hospital, physician’s office, or group setting.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with State and/or Federal health care programs, such as Medicaid or Medicare.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop a network for an assigned region and set of providers.
Lead assigned physician, hospital, and ancillary provider recruitments and ensure they result in complete and accurate standard contracts that meet objectives.
Facilitate and oversee provider setup and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims adjudication.
Initiate contact with and identify potential providers based on geographic and specialty needs, and update the database.
Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
