About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry-Level Contract Management Specialist to join their team in Mesa, Arizona. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their careers in contract management, with a focus on nurturing emerging talent. Prior contract management experience is not a prerequisite for success. The team supports United States Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) contracts, encompassing proposal development, negotiation, and ongoing contract management. Collaboration across various functions is key to analyzing statements of work and ensuring effective communication with all partners. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Active U.S. Secret security clearance
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Experience with drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts and subcontracts
Experience with proposal management and strategy development
Interest in supporting proposal development and negotiating government contracts

Responsibilities

Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and licensing of intellectual property to align with company strategies.
Present innovative business solutions to preserve and expand our operations.
Represent the company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers.
Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company.
Coordinate and collaborate with other internal functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Summarize complex contractual issues, develop creative solutions, and coordinate contractual risk mitigation strategies.
