About The Position

As an RFS Contract Management Professional at Kyndryl, you'll be at the heart of customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth through the efficient management of contract addendums (RFS) from initiation to signature. You'll play a crucial role in meeting customer needs, overseeing the entire RFS process for your assigned accounts, and positively impacting key performance indicators and metrics by achieving set targets. You'll provide essential measurement and reporting, ensuring every addendum request is handled seamlessly and to the highest standard. Your role will involve direct customer interactions, where your advisory skills will shine, making you an integral part of our customer-facing team. In this position, you’ll drive the end-to-end RFS process, ensuring all targets are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include offering comprehensive proposal, pricing, and administrative support to both customers and the account team. You’ll manage and implement the RFS governance process, working closely with customers and CPEs to continuously refine and improve procedures. Your analytical skills will be vital as you provide metrics and measurement reporting, facilitate business review meetings, and ensure timely delivery of all RFS. You’ll maintain meticulous RFS records, emphasizing business control requirements and collaborating with various departments to guarantee high customer satisfaction. As an essential part of our growth strategy, you’ll influence Kyndryl’s in-base revenue through RFS, support audit activities as a compliance partner, and assist new logo accounts in their RFS needs. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management
  • 3+ years of experience working with vendors
  • Demonstrated business writing skills
  • Experience driving a project to completion

Responsibilities
