About The Position

Your primary role will be to ensure the seamless execution and management of customer contracts, guaranteeing that we not only meet but exceed the performance targets while adhering to the terms agreed upon. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our commercial customers and internal stakeholders at Kyndryl to orchestrate a variety of crucial activities. From customer billing and invoicing to crafting proposals and basic contracts, each task will directly contribute to our streamlined Lead-to-Cash workflow. Your ability to handle contract registrations, maintain an awareness of potential risks and issues, and ensure delivery commitments are met will be key to our collective success. Beyond the nuts and bolts of contract management, you will play a vital role in maintaining a posture of audit readiness and compliance throughout the lifecycle of the contract—from initiation and steady state to termination. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting contract performance reporting and managing all phases effectively using Kyndryl’s established processes, tools, and methodologies. Think of yourself as a process consultant for the Client Partner and Account Team— your investigative skills will help trace, manage, and document any potential risks or compliance issues, ensuring internal governance is tight and effective. This role is similar to a medical triage team for our contractual obligations; you will evaluate, stabilize, and rectify control-related situations as they arise. Additionally, your involvement will extend to supporting the deployment of our Program Management System, enhancing our internal governance framework, and providing crucial CRM and audit support. Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Contract Management and Business Controls
  • 5 years with Client-facing skills and experience
  • Excel intermediate
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Billing and invoicing clients using Ariba systems
  • Procurement processes for both client and Kyndryl
