About The Position

Trans Global is actively seeking to expand its service team by hiring Contract Desk Representatives for its retail locations. This role is ideal for individuals who prioritize customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and possess strong attention to detail. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment required.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail).
  • Proficient in LimeTac.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for contractors regarding payment issues, service issues, and system support.
  • Perform system maintenance and set ups for servicers.
  • Handle Level 1 escalations and problem resolution from warrantors and other system users.
  • Enter estimates and invoices into LimeTac for financial transactions.
  • Monitor the coordination and administration of The Brick external service network (appliance and furniture).
  • Handle customer escalations related to The Brick external servicer network.
  • Act as a liaison between stores, warranty, and contractors.
