About The Position

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, branded merchandise, apparel, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline and close new business consistently
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of margin, pricing, and profitability
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, commission-based environment
  • Experience using CRM systems to track activity and manage pipeline preferred
