About The Position

Performs the full range of custodial services at contract locations. The role includes daily cleaning and maintaining clean, sanitary conditions, as well as keeping custodial equipment and supplies orderly. The custodian cooperates with Government personnel and customers and promptly informs a supervisor when Government staff directs changes to contract requirements.

Employment is subject to an acceptable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance vendor, an 8-panel drug screen, and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned daily cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions throughout the location.
• Keep custodial equipment and supplies neat and orderly.
• Interact cooperatively with Government personnel and customers.
• Immediately advise a supervisor when Government staff directs changes in contract requirements.
