About The Position

We’re seeking a Contract Coordinator to support customer orders and contract activities. This role ensures purchase orders are accurate, coordinates with internal teams, and helps resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Experience with customer service, purchase orders, or contracts

  • Knowledge of government compliance
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to contract review or data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and compliance
  • Support customers with product information and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing issues and resolve billing questions
  • Prepare contract-related documentation and reports
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, customer service, manufacturing)
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
