About The Position

The Contract Compliance Coordinator provides administrative support to the VP of Contracts and Contract negotiation team by reducing administrative work, enabling the contract team to negotiate better and build relationships, leading to proper documentation of legal signed agreements. This role also focuses on building revenue through compliance reports. This position will be hybrid, working 4 days a week, based out of our Suwanee, GA or Temecula, CA office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

  • Microsoft 360 Office: Excel, Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to audit contracts and compliance reports
  • Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist VP of contracting on building contract template
  • Update Expiring Soon Contract sheet
  • Gathering Shipper compliance reports
  • Auditing Shipper/Distributor compliance reports
  • Update Contract fee document Monthly for VI, MF & TX
  • Assist with uploading contract FOB in the back-office system (Back up)
  • Update EXPO/Travel calendar Share with other FA teams
