Our Surgery team delivers surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world, helping to effectively treat prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Contract Compliance to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH, or Raritan, NJ. The role will require the position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week. The Manager, Contract Compliance ensures that OTTAVA contracts adhere to commercial policy, pricing guardrails, CPC governance requirements, and legal/financial standards. The role monitors contract adherence, validates terms, and maintains compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in compliance, contract operations, or pricing governance.

Responsibilities

  • Validate contract terms, pricing, and policy adherence before CPC submission and customer release.
  • Monitor compliance across active contracts; identify risks or deviations.
  • Own the development and creation of dashboard to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain audit‑ready records and support internal/external reviews.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Pricing Ops, and Contract Management to resolve compliance issues.
  • Support process improvement, template optimization, and policy alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).
