About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator at their rental facility in Houston, TX. This role involves assisting the contract team by completing and fact-checking rental documents for compliance in a timely manner. The coordinator may also be asked to assist with other duties as needed. Requirements

1-2 years of inventory management, accounts payable, or receivables experience.
Great listener and care about solving your customer’s problems.
Energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.

Knowledgeable of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner.
Fact-check rental documents for compliance purposes.
Assist with other duties as needed.
Champion safe job practices.
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably.
