Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Experience of filing/scanning systems
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1 year of Dealership experience
  • Working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing vehicle sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and financial regulations
  • Handling paperwork related to vehicle sales, financing, and registrations, working with both new and used vehicles
  • Verify the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons
  • Process all vehicle sales contracts for new and used transactions, reviewing deal paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verifies tax and title documents
  • Confirms that the funds have been received and verifies the appropriate lien-holder before processing title applications
  • Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete
  • Posts vehicle sales
  • Process and submit payoff for Trade-ins in a timely manner
  • Possess a clear understanding of the end of the month close/able to meet deadlines
  • Calculate sales and finance commissions accurately and efficiently
  • Responsible for schedules; New and Used vehicle inventory, Reserves, Due Bills and Contracts in Transit (CIT)
  • Make accounting adjustments as needed
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
