About The Position

In this role, the Contract Analyst ensures accurate, compliant execution of customer contracts by entering pricing, terms, and conditions into CLM and ERP systems. This role acts as a data steward, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Credit, and Strategic Deal Teams to maintain contract integrity, monitor lifecycle activities, and resolve data quality issues. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years in contracts, pricing, sales operations, or analytical roles
• Experience with CLM/ERP systems (Agiloft, SAP, GDC preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain contract data, pricing, and terms in CLM/ERP systems
• Monitor contract lifecycle activities (amendments, renewals, terminations)
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Deal Teams on contract operations
• Maintain accurate records and manage downstream contract processes
