About The Position

We're looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join our team in the United States. The employee will be required to travel to our Quebec City office a minimum of 4 times per year for key employee gatherings. Korem is a leader in geospatial intelligence working with customers across North America. Our business model combines consulting, technology integration, and access to the best data on the market. As a Contract Administrator, you will be at the heart of contract management that supports Korem's innovation and growth as a value-added reseller, collaborating with our teams and partners to ensure compliance and smooth operations. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts. This person will ensure that all our contractual documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant, while supporting our legal advisor and sales team with contract-related matters.

Requirements

  • Legal, procurement, paralegal studies or combination of relevant experience
  • 5 years of strong related experience
  • Located in the US
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Québec City multiple times per year for in-person team events and gatherings
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Problem solving and insight generation
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Preferably, the person in this role would be located in the Eastern time zone to facilitate collaboration with colleagues in Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting of applicable license agreements, amendments, non-disclosure, contract termination, certificate of destruction, and other contracts in accordance with templates provided, and maintenance of such agreement templates
  • Maintain checklists of mandatory forms, agreements, signatures and approvals to insure proper and complete order submission
  • Maintain complete and organized customer documentation
  • Maintain a clear and deep level of understanding of our reseller agreements
  • Act as frontline support with customer for legal concerns and discussions
  • Counter sign authority for US based business quotes and license agreement and professional services agreement
  • Follow up with all milestones of contract's lifecycle (effective date, termination, renewal, etc.)
  • Ensure customer success through effective contract lifecycle management
