About The Position

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands, including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, and Foundation Physicians Group, are seeking a Contract Administrator to support the review, administration, and management of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation across the organization. This position plays an important role in supporting the operational and strategic growth of the organization by ensuring contracts are accurately reviewed, properly executed, organized, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. The Contract Administrator partners closely with leadership, operations, business development, finance, and external staekholders to coordinate agreements, monitor contract activity, and help identify potential risks or issues requiring further review. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing sensitive information while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, healthcare agreements, or related business documentation preferred.
  • Extensive experience in contract administration, legal support, paralegal, healthcare operations, or a related role preferred.
  • Familiarity with personal injury, medical lien agreements, and Letters of Protection (LOPs) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and organize complex documents.
  • Experience with contract management systems, CRM platforms, or related business software preferred.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and summarize contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Track contracts through the full lifecycle, including intake, review, revision, execution, renewal, and expiration.
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Prepare, route, and coordinate documents for review and signature.
  • Identify contract discrepancies, concerns, or unusual provisions and escalate as appropriate.
  • Coordinate records requests, subpoenas, and legal correspondence with leadership and outside counsel when necessary.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to support operational and contractual needs.
  • Assist with reporting, research, audits, and special projects as assigned.
