The Contract Administrator provides contractual, administrative, and compliance support throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, commercial teams, legal counsel, procurement, and finance to ensure contracts are properly administered, risk is mitigated, and obligations are fulfilled in accordance with industry standards such as FIDIC, JCT, and NEC frameworks. The position requires strong knowledge of construction law principles, contract management systems, change control procedures, and claims administration.
