LaForce is seeking a Contract Administrator to ensure customer contracts and related forms are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, protecting company interests, and supporting the seamless execution of projects. The Contract Administrator will manage customer agreements, identify and resolve discrepancies in contracts (pricing, schedules, terms), and collaborate with customers and internal teams (engineering, installation, sales, accounting). They will ensure all required documentation (insurance certificates, compliance forms) is completed before work begins. Additionally, the role includes reviewing legal and compliance documents, entering contract information into systems, supporting billing and collections with accurate data, assisting the sales team with scope changes, and providing administrative support for contract-related tasks (filing, scanning, document verification).
