Requirements

  • Organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Computer skills with the ability to utilize Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Must be self-motivating with the ability to problem solve and initiate improvements as needed.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines and adjust schedules as needed in order to meet stated service goals and priorities.
  • Minimum of one year of office experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred.

  • Prior insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enter producer data into multiple NGL systems for all lines of business.
  • Complete an average of 40 new contracts a week while maintaining a 5 business day turnaround time on contracts.
  • Process appointments, EFT Hierarchy(ies), Addresses, Reserve information, and Marketer special handling requests.
  • Utilize workflow to review contracting paperwork for completeness, proper contracting forms and signatures, hierarchy and commission requests, proper state license, marketer special handling requests, and state specific requirements.
  • Process backgrounds and state appointments using current online programs and established processes.
  • Administer approval processes, as needed.
  • Utilize workflow to research and update expired license(s).
  • Research license with the appropriate department of insurance.
  • Update administration system and add supporting documents to the producer’s file.
  • Communicate with Marketing Partners and other business units on contracting issues.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls within acceptable timeframes regarding product approvals, commission approvals, and crossover agents.
