This role involves performing general contract administration, including creating jobs in JDE and ensuring contracts and budgets are entered accurately and on time. The administrator will also post daily production and consumption for manufacturing operations, prepare and process customer billings, and administer lien release processes. Additionally, the position requires managing and providing certificates of insurance, reviewing and processing subcontractor invoices, and maintaining forecasts and A/R tracking tools. The role also includes providing backup support for payroll job costing functions and reception duties, performing miscellaneous business analysis, and completing special assignments.
