The Contraceptive Access Program Manager, reporting to the Deputy Director, leads organizational contraceptive access initiatives, including the Emergency Contraception (EC) for Every Body Project, a statewide initiative expanding access to emergency contraception through reproductive health kits distributed at no cost throughout Texas. This role provides strategic leadership and program management, overseeing daily operations, inventory systems, partnerships, reporting, and team supervision. The Program Manager is responsible for advancing the program’s next phase of growth, including implementing improved systems for inventory tracking, automation, and quality assurance. Reporting to a member of senior leadership, this position supervises the Communication and Project Coordinator and works closely with contractors, community partners, and internal teams.
