About The Position

The Patient Access Training Program Manager provides system-wide support for standardized training programs across five markets. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing education to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and front-end revenue cycle performance. The Program Manager will monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, quality audits, and feedback loops, while partnering with operational, IT/Epic, and Revenue Cycle leaders to align training with organizational goals. This position also drives innovation and process standardization to improve workflow adoption, reduce variation, and support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • System-wide support for standardized training programs.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing education.
  • Knowledge of accuracy, regulatory compliance, and front-end revenue cycle performance.
