Requirements

High School or collage diploma. Or have at least two (2) or more years of working experience in a warehouse, ideally in the food storage industry.
Ability to work with an RF scanner.
Solid understanding of how an inventory works.
Ability to work in a bilingual environment (French and English required to serve our internal and external customers).
Ability and willingness to work in a cold environment (-18°C).
Organized, reliable and responsible.
Concerned about customer satisfaction without neglecting results.
Ability to learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

Possess an up-to-date forklift operator card and experience in an environment with a WMS Warehouse Management System (an asset)

Responsibilities

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
File out shipping and receiving forms.
Receive goods and control quantities.
Verify the accuracy of inventory (annually and occasionally).
Inspect goods for damage.
Maintain records of arrivals and departures.
Interact with truck drivers, coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Meet the needs of the production unit in terms of raw materials.
Contribute to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Coordinate general warehouse operations and activities.
Additional tasks provided by a supervisor.
