Requirements

Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Forklift certification and the ability to safely operate a forklift required; overhead crane certification is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Reliable, motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.
Strong team player with initiative and flexibility to work on day or evening shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Mid-level knowledge of French and English.
French is required to communicate with our team in Québec.
English may be required to communicate with our team located outside Québec, as well as to understand certain technical documentation available only in English.

Nice To Haves

Overhead crane certification is an asset.
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, order picking, or a similar role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and unload parts for production.
Prepare, pack, and ship orders in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
Inspect incoming products and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
Operate a forklift to move, store, and transport materials safely.
Record all material movements in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in compliance with health and safety standards.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
