Requirements

  • Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift certification and the ability to safely operate a forklift required; overhead crane certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with initiative and flexibility to work on day or evening shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Mid-level knowledge of French and English.
  • French is required to communicate with our team in Québec.
  • English may be required to communicate with our team located outside Québec, as well as to understand certain technical documentation available only in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Overhead crane certification is an asset.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, order picking, or a similar role is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and unload parts for production.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship orders in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Inspect incoming products and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Operate a forklift to move, store, and transport materials safely.
  • Record all material movements in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
