About The Position

This role focuses on identifying process bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvement. The specialist will be responsible for process mapping, workflow documentation, and the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key activities include supporting KPI tracking, reporting, and operational data analysis, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of integration projects. The role involves maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to track risks, deadlines, and project progress, and coordinating with various cross-functional teams such as Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Support. Additionally, the specialist will support issue resolution and follow-up activities related to improvement initiatives, prepare reports and documentation for leadership, and train/coach employees on new processes and continuous improvement practices. Participation in Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops is also a part of this role.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience with data analysis tools and dashboard reporting platforms
  • Experience supporting operational improvement or process optimization initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset
  • High level of accountability and follow-through
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and coach others
  • Passion for improving workflows, creating structure, and driving efficiency
  • 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or process optimization roles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
  • Experience leading Kaizen events or CI workshops
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI or similar platforms
