The Continuous Improvement Manager will act as a strategic business partner to site leadership, identifying opportunities for operational and financial performance improvement. This role involves analyzing current processes, workflows, and systems to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop strategies for measurable results. The manager will lead the deployment and sustainment of the VITAL Operating System, ensuring alignment with enterprise CI standards. They will also identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact CI projects, establish CI frameworks and governance, and build organizational capability through training and coaching. Collaboration with various functions like operations, engineering, quality, and finance is key, as is utilizing data-driven methodologies for root cause analysis and performance tracking. The role also requires staying current with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.
