About The Position

As a Continuous Improvement Manager at Fokker Services Group, you will play a key role in leading improvement activities across the entire business unit, aiming to define best-in-class service for customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing reliable, cost-effective processes for every service at every location. Working closely with the Managing Director of Fokker Services Americas, you will implement best practices and develop the strategic roadmap to become the best-in-class service provider. You will effectively manage the CI roadmap, facilitate the adoption of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, and guide employees and management through the CI program, ensuring buy-in from all key stakeholders. You will act as a business partner to various departments by organizing, planning, and executing CI projects and activities, verifying return on investment (ROI) by setting targets and measuring performance. Continuity will be ensured by managing progress within the CI portfolio and reporting to the Head of CI and the Global Steering Committee. Additionally, you will be part of the Global CI team, supporting colleagues at other Fokker Services Group sites and promoting best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably aerospace-related
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • A pleasant personality; collaborative and innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Knowledge of information systems
