Requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Operation Management or related technical discipline required
Minimum four (4) years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing or related experience as an Industrial Engineer
Experience in analyzing operations and its cost drivers, material and information flows, productivity, material consumption, and operation expenses
Demonstrated knowledge and application of Quality, Project Management, Lean and/or Six Sigma concepts and theories
Hands-on experience implementing Lean in manufacturing and transactional areas
Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
Nice To Haves
Lean Six Sigma green belt certification desirable
Responsibilities
Contribute in the definition and execution of the overall CI roadmap
Collect and analyze data and extract meaningful information to understand process KPIs and Unit performance
Perform diagnostics on major cost drivers, including material, labor, and OOC (other operating costs)
Perform value stream analysis for the unit
Lead tangible and measurable improvements of core processes -both operational and transactional- through people engagement at all levels in the unit
Implement and sustain gateOPEX standardization program focusing on gateOPEX Elements and Core Processes
Work hands-on with Operations, facilitate unit-wide continuous improvement initiatives, lead relevant projects and kaizen events
Train Lean manufacturing and promote continuous improvement culture in the unit through in class and/or on the job training for peers and frontline staff
Identify, develop, promote and share best practices
