About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Continuous Improvement Co-op Student to support improvement initiatives across the organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience applying Lean, process improvement, inventory management and data analysis principles in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement, analyze processes, and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
