About The Position

A Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing organizational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. They collaborate with various departments to identify process gaps, establish process standards, and develop solutions to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current organizational processes
  • Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans
  • Establish process standards and documentation
  • Conduct training sessions on new processes and procedures
