About The Position

Responsible for supporting the coordination of continuing education activities and events. Provides administrative assistance to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of learning programs. Maintains communication with participants and vendors to facilitate smooth program delivery. Ensures compliance with established policies and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
  • Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
  • Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and organizing continuing education programs and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of registrations, attendance, and completion documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics including materials preparation, room setup, and catering support.
  • Communicate program details and updates to participants, instructors, and vendors.
  • Track and monitor participant progress and certification requirements.
  • Update learning management systems with current program information.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and purchase requests related to continuing education activities.
  • Support program evaluations by collecting and summarizing participant feedback.
  • Prepare standard reports and maintain organized files for audit and review purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
