About The Position

Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Continuing Education Accreditation & Learning Systems Specialist. This role provides accreditation consultation, learning system administration, and training support for educational and workforce development programs. The specialist ensures compliance with continuing education accreditation requirements, supports the development and review of accredited learning activities, administers learning management systems, and provides technical assistance to stakeholders and learners. The position collaborates closely with program staff, subject matter experts, and leadership to maintain high-quality educational offerings, support system operations, and drive continuous process improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Health Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in continuing education accreditation, training administration, learning management systems, program coordination, or a related field.
Experience managing records, documentation, and compliance-related processes.
Experience providing customer support, help desk services, or technical assistance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based learning management systems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Education, Public Health, Health Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) credential.
Experience supporting accredited continuing education programs.
Experience administering LMS platforms such as TRAIN, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, or similar systems.
Knowledge of instructional design, competency-based education, and training evaluation methodologies.
Experience supporting federal, healthcare, public health, or workforce development programs.
Experience developing SOPs, user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on continuing education accreditation requirements, standards, and best practices.
Review accreditation applications and supporting documentation for compliance and quality.
Prepare, submit, and track accreditation packages and related deliverables.
Conduct quality reviews of accredited educational activities and recommend improvements.
Facilitate accreditation training and orientation sessions for program staff and stakeholders.
Maintain accreditation records, templates, checklists, and program documentation.
Generate accreditation reports, metrics, and status updates for leadership.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and accreditation process enhancements.
Configure, publish, and maintain educational activities within learning management systems.
Review course materials and activity submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of course data, reports, and system records.
Generate and distribute participation, completion, utilization, and continuing education reports.
Provide help desk support and technical assistance to learners and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, FAQs, job aids, and troubleshooting resources.
Monitor support requests, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate resolution of system issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
