About The Position

Continental Breakfast Attendant (Part‑Time) Willow Valley Communities (WVC) is seeking a friendly and dependable Continental Breakfast Attendant to serve Residents and guests in a self‑service dining environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, hands‑on food preparation, and delivering warm, professional service with care and respect.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Nice To Haves

1–3 months of related experience in breakfast preparation or baking preferred

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous service to Residents and guests following Willow Valley service standards.
Prepare and bake breakfast food items.
Safely operate kitchen equipment including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, and dishwashers.
Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast food areas.
Clean and sanitize tables during breakfast service and reset tables for the evening meal.
Assist with daily catering and banquet setup, service, delivery, and cleanup.
Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms and kitchen per daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and silverware using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Receive and properly store food deliveries in accordance with HACCP and ServSafe guidelines.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
Complete Daily Sanitation Checklists accurately.
Work collaboratively with Dining Services team members to support departmental goals.
