About The Position

This role involves placing tires on a lift, cleaning, buffing, installing an Intelligent Sensor Boot, and entering sensor information into a computer. The I-Tire installer will also enhance red dots, remove I-Tires, and tires needing reprocessing from the reject conveyor. The position requires the ability to stand for the entire shift, frequently stoop, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform medium lifting. The work environment is high heat and involves working around moving machinery. Proficiency with hand tools and computers is necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or completion of our on-site competency test
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to frequently stoop, walk, bend, and climb stairs
• Ability to do Medium lifting
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to use computer

Responsibilities

• Place tires on lift
• Clean tires
• Buff tires
• Install Boot with Intelligent Sensor
• Enter Sensor information into Computer
• Enhance the Red Dots
• Remove I-Tires from the Reject conveyor
• Remove tires needing reprocessed from the Reject conveyor
