About The Position

Continental is a leading tire manufacturer and industry specialist that develops and produces sustainable, safe and convenient solutions for automotive manufacturers as well as industrial and end customers worldwide. The Conti Pressure Check (CPC) position involves placing tires on a lift, cleaning and buffing them, installing a Boot with an Intelligent Sensor, and entering sensor information into a computer. The I-Tire installer will also enhance Red Dots, remove I-Tires, and tires needing reprocessing from the Reject conveyor. This role requires the ability to stand for the entire shift, frequently stoop, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform medium lifting. The work environment is a high heat area with moving machinery, and the ability to use hand tools and a computer is necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or completion of our on-site competency test
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Frequently stoop, walk, bend, climb stairs
• Medium lifting
• Work in a high heat environment
• Work around moving machinery
• Ability to use hand tools and computer

Responsibilities
