About The Position

SERVPRO is seeking a working Contents Supervisor to lead contents crews in the field. The supervisor runs on-site pack-outs, directs technicians, and ensures accurate inventories and careful handling of customers’ belongings. The role involves working on the job site rather than primarily in an office. The supervisor reports job status and issues to the Contents Manager.

The position offers an hourly rate of $17.00–$20.00, based on experience. The company pays for job-related certifications and approved continuing education, and describes a potential path toward Contents Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in contents, moving, warehouse, or restoration field work.
• Experience leading or directing others.
• Careful, methodical approach to inventory and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move items safely throughout the day.
• Treat customers’ belongings with care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of Contents Technicians during pack-outs, cleaning, and returns.
• Perform and direct inventory, photographing and documenting items accurately.
• Maintain chain of custody for belongings between the property and warehouse and back.
• Pack, handle, and transport customers’ belongings safely.
• Communicate respectfully with customers about their property on site.
• Ensure the crew follows job-site safety practices.
• Train and develop crew technicians.
• Report job status and issues to the Contents Manager.
