About The Position

SERVPRO is looking for Contents Technicians. No experience required, we train you. When a home or business is damaged, we pack out what is inside, clean it, store it safely, and bring it back. You would be part of the crew that does that work. It is physical, it is varied, and the people you help remember it.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary, we provide training and pay for certifications.
• Reliability, because the crew depends on everyone showing up.
• Ability to lift and move items safely throughout the day.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Care and attention with other people’s belongings.
• Willingness to learn, and to take pride in doing the job properly.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and photograph customer belongings accurately.
• Pack, handle, and load items carefully for transport.
• Clean contents using the correct method for each type of item.
• Assist with warehouse storage, organization, and retrieval.
• Return items to the customer and assist with placement.
• Follow safety practices on every job site.
• Keep the truck, equipment, and supplies clean and accounted for.
• Work as part of a crew under the direction of a Contents Supervisor.
