Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Contents Manager or Contents Lead in restoration
  • Strong knowledge of pack-out procedures, inventory tracking, and claims documentation
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Xactimate software (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Make a difference for people whose homes or businesses have been affected by disaster
  • Complete projects on time and on budget while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism through modern technology
  • Oversee all aspects of pack-outs, cleaning, digital inventory, and storage of contents
  • Ensure accurate documentation using industry software
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory integrity
  • Supervise and train contents technicians to meet IICRC standards
  • Maintain communication with internal teams, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters
  • Prepare estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack-backs, and restoration
