Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in content creation or copywriting.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse writing across digital, campaign, and conceptual work.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including email, social media, and web.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross -functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.

  • Familiarity with financial services or insurance industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of human -centered design thinking is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling content aligned with campaign objectives, including lead generation, retention, awareness, and cross -sell initiatives.
  • Create high -quality content across multiple channels such as email, web, social media, blogs, print, and direct mail.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all deliverables.
  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize content performance and visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including engagement, click -through rates, and conversions to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate within agile squads, participating in sprint planning, stand -ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by partnering with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ideation and development of innovative marketing concepts.

Benefits

  • Salaried: $25 -30 per hour.
  • Incorporated Business Rate: $31 -36 per hour.
