This role is responsible for developing and refreshing marketing and sales enablement content, including proposals, collateral, web/digital content, pitch decks, and case studies. The Content Strategist will draft, edit, and optimize content using AI and SEO best practices, collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics, and ensure messaging aligns with go-to-market strategy. They will also coordinate with design teams, manage content reviews, promote the adoption of content systems and tools, and maintain the firm's library of proposal content and marketing collateral. The role involves using content management systems and proposal management/automation tools to maintain large content libraries and build customized templates. A key aspect of the role is applying editorial judgment to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, usability, and brand alignment, while maintaining client confidentiality and professional standards. Creative problem-solving to support pursuit strategy and emphasize scalable, AI- and technology-enabled solutions is also expected.
