This role will drive awareness, growth, and engagement through high-impact content, collaborating closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment with brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs. The ideal candidate is a sharp writer and strategist who can move fast, cares about producing impactful work, and can balance brand storytelling with performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field, with a deep understanding of content strategy, copy editing, and editorial best practices.
  • Strong editorial leadership with the ability to own content quality, direction, and standards across channels.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B content programs, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted content creation and optimization, with a willingness to use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, ideation, and content quality.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills, with writing samples that demonstrate clarity, impact, and brand alignment.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and communication skills; able to drive multiple initiatives forward independently.
  • Experience using modern content, SEO, social, analytics, and project management tools.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and gets things done without being told what to do.

Responsibilities

  • Set direction for the content calendar, roadmap, and editorial execution across blog, campaigns, product marketing, and lifecycle.
  • Drive content and copy development end-to-end, from strategic brief through final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to shape concepts, narratives, and messaging.
  • Partner with SEO and Growth leaders to shape content that balances brand, relevance, and performance.
  • Evaluate content performance, test hypotheses, and iterate based on data and experimentation.
  • Leverage tools, templates, and AI-assisted processes to scale output responsibly.
  • Operate as a senior content voice across Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner—shaping decisions, not just delivering assets.
  • Provide clear direction to freelancers or agencies, maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Establish repeatable systems that enable sustainable content growth.
  • Design and refine content workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
  • Translate keyword research, audience insights, and growth goals into high-quality, human-centered content.
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Write and edit high-impact copy across campaigns, product marketing, pr, brand storytelling, and web experiences.
  • Establish content themes, messaging frameworks, and narrative priorities that reinforce brand positioning.
  • Own and evolve the content strategy across channels, grounded in business priorities and audience insight.
