The Retention Marketing Specialist is responsible for increasing customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value through lifecycle marketing, organic content, and brand storytelling. This role owns email and SMS marketing strategy, customer retention initiatives, loyalty communications, SEO content, and organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and analyst; someone who understands how to build meaningful customer relationships while driving measurable business results. This is a role for someone who loves to write, thrives in a fast-moving ecommerce environment, and wants to own meaningful channels end-to-end. You won't manage a team, but you will manage a lot! Content calendars, automation flows, SEO strategy, and customer communication across the full lifecycle.
