About The Position

We are seeking a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Content Production & Channel Manager to take full ownership of our content production pipeline across three active YouTube channels and help scale our content-driven growth. We’re not hiring a social media coordinator. We’re hiring someone who can take an idea, turn it into a script, and ensure the shoot happens. From there, you’ll manage the video through publishing, optimization, email distribution, and repurposing with accuracy. About Us Chamberlain Real Estate Group (CREG) is Calgary’s most education-driven real estate team. Our YouTube channel (23K+ subscribers) generates $1M+ in annual GCI and drives 40–60% of our sales — built entirely on value-first content, not ads. Attraction by Video is our coaching brand that teaches service-based business owners how to grow using YouTube. We currently manage multiple client YouTube channels with more on the way. Jared Chamberlain (Founder & CEO) has been the engine behind everything content-related for over a decade. That changes now. This role takes full ownership of the production pipeline across all channels so Jared can focus on strategy, shooting, and client work. What You’ll Own You’ll manage the full production pipeline across three channels: Chamberlain Real Estate Group — 1 video per week Client Channel A — 1 video per week Client Channel B — 1 video per week Your responsibility is to ensure content moves smoothly from idea to publishing, optimization, and distribution — without delays or bottlenecks. This isn’t a task-based content role. This is an ownership role designed for someone who wants to build systems, improve processes, and help scale a content-driven business. Requirements

  • YouTube Studio — Expert
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, optimization, analytics, and performance tracking
  • GoHighLevel — Intermediate to Advanced
  • Experience with workflows, pipelines, tagging, and email automation
  • Notion — Intermediate
  • Experience managing content calendars, databases, and documentation
  • Canva — Proficient
  • Ability to create thumbnails, social graphics, and content assets
  • Writing — Strong
  • Ability to write YouTube descriptions, emails, and internal updates
  • Project Management — Strong
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Research keywords, competing videos, and content opportunities
  • Draft scripts or structured outlines
  • Develop title options and thumbnail concepts
  • Adapt content for client channels
  • Schedule shoots and coordinate logistics
  • Prepare shoot briefs and talking points
  • Ensure everything is ready prior to filming
  • Send edit briefs to video editor
  • Manage revisions and timelines
  • Identify and communicate potential delays
  • Upload and optimize videos in YouTube Studio
  • Add descriptions, chapters, tags, and metadata
  • Monitor performance and flag opportunities
  • Trigger email automations
  • Coordinate social clips and repurposed content
  • Update thumbnails and content assets
  • Maintain content calendar
  • Maintain GoHighLevel workflows and automations
  • Keep Notion workspace organized and updated
  • Build SOPs and repeatable processes
  • Weekly check-ins and reporting
