Content Producer

Three Square•Las Vegas, NV

About The Position

The Content Producer finds, captures, and produces stories that show Three Square’s impact. Working like a journalist within the organization, this role interviews clients, partner agencies, volunteers, donors, and staff; secures consent; and turns each story into high-quality photo, video, and written content for Three Square’s website, social media, communications, and events. The Content Producer owns each story from the first conversation through the finished piece. The role builds and manages a steady story pipeline, captures content at program sites, distributions, the warehouse, and events, and repurposes stories for multiple audiences and channels. It maintains a centralized story bank and content library, supports philanthropy and rapid-response communications, and ensures that content is accurate, consented, dignity-centered, and consistent with Three Square’s voice and AP style. The position also coordinates projects and vendors, meets deadlines, manages confidential information, and reviews content performance to inform future storytelling.
