Content Operations Manager (Organic)

MM Coaching Limited
$2,500 - $3,500Remote

About The Position

Marriage Reset (MM Coaching Limited) is a rapidly growing company that helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching. We have experienced significant growth and are expanding quickly, focusing on creating a high-performance, positive environment for both clients and team members. Our organic content, particularly our YouTube channel, is a major growth lever and revenue engine. We publish a high volume of content across various platforms and have established messaging and an editing team. This role is crucial for managing the operational backbone of our organic content, ensuring a consistent and reliable content pipeline from planning to delivery, including SEO, compliance, and project management. The Social Media Growth Strategist sets the creative direction, while this role owns the execution, turning strategy into consistently published, high-performing content and managing the team, calendar, and systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years running content operations, content production, or a YouTube/organic channel in an async, remote-first environment.
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating a video editing team: hiring, scheduling, deadlines, and quality throughput.
  • Hands-on YouTube channel management, plus short-form distribution across Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
  • Comfortable building SOPs, content calendars, and repeatable production workflows.
  • Analytics literate: comfortable reading channel and content performance data and acting on it.
  • A systems-minded operator who builds repeatable processes rather than one-off fixes.
  • Organized and reliable, comfortable holding a team and a calendar to deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented enough to catch a compliance issue, a broken workflow, or a slipping deadline before it becomes a problem.
  • Self-directed: you see what needs doing and do it without being told.
  • A clear communicator who runs tight processes and keeps workstreams on track.
  • Async-first: you work well in Slack and Loom without needing constant check-ins.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve reporting, workflow, and operational speed.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website/blog management.
  • Background in info-products, high-ticket coaching, or online education.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day operation of the organic content engine across YouTube (long-form) and short-form (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), supporting both long and short form end to end.
  • Manage the organic editing team day-to-day: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, deadlines, workflow, and throughput.
  • Own execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing cadence across all channels.
  • YouTube channel management: uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards and end screens, and community.
  • Oversee testimonial video production, from pipeline to publish.
  • Run split testing across YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and hand clean results back to the Social Media Growth Strategist and the Paid team.
  • Track organic performance, report weekly, and feed winning hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the Paid team.
  • Coordinate SEO tasks and website hygiene, including blog operations and website consolidation.
  • Coordinate FTC compliance checks across organic content and funnels, and flag legal risk to leadership.
  • Reputation monitoring and response coordination.
  • Drive the quarterly planning cadence and monthly sweeps across the organic org.
  • Coordinate course and content project delivery: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness.
  • Create SOPs and repeatable workflows so the organic engine runs on reliable systems rather than one-off effort.

Benefits

  • Flexible Hours: Structure your workday to fit your life while still meeting team needs, overlapping 3 to 4 hours daily with US Eastern Time.
  • Ongoing Growth: Access to ongoing training, resources, and development opportunities.
  • Ownership & Impact: You won't just fill a role, you'll help run the engine of a company that changes lives every day.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the organic leadership and department leads, with direct influence on how the content engine grows.
