About The Position

Incisive is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own content creation and strategy for their growing restorative dentistry business. This role involves building a content engine from the ground up, encompassing collateral, blogs, landing pages, website copy, email and SMS campaigns, webinars, and organic social media. It is a hands-on, execution-focused position where the individual will be responsible for writing and building content, with close collaboration on strategy and direction. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and is ideal for a motivated marketer looking to make a significant impact.

Requirements

At least 5 years of marketing experience at a small team or startup, with experience in multiple roles.
Strong writing skills, capable of representing the brand voice across various content types.
Hands-on SEO/AEO experience, including writing for search and answer engines.
Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Curious and analytical, comfortable with testing ideas and learning from results.
Proficient in using AI tools for efficiency, balanced with strong editing instincts.
A bias towards shipping content quickly and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Write and build collateral and customer proof for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Own organic content and SEO/AEO, including blog posts, website copy, and landing pages.
Manage organic social media, including posting and engagement.
Write email and SMS campaigns and the monthly customer newsletter.
Plan and assist in hosting webinars, covering content and follow-up.
Consistently apply brand guidelines as the content library expands.
