The company is seeking a high-achieving and goal-oriented Content Marketer responsible for creating high-value educational and engaging content tailored to doctors, practice managers, nurses, and private practice owners, to enable Nitra to deliver on an ambitious roadmap of innovative banking products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • BA degree or equivalent practice experience
  • Direct experience in content or product marketing, growth or lifestyle marketing, or similar go-to-market positions
  • Background in B2B marketing, with experience in a highly regulated industry and a passion to help small to medium sized businesses succeed
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup
  • Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating poise and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Managing our multi-channel paid and organic campaign presence to build a strong top of funnel
  • Build experiments to deliver on Marketing metrics (ROI, open rates, etc.)
  • Using surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine channel strategy
  • Developing the customer communication strategy for the product
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the company to further hone messaging
