About The Position

Content plays a central role throughout business from delivering key go-to-market assets to supporting these with multi-format content pieces that support the sales and marketing funnel. Ultimately, we are looking to achieve our goal of positioning CyberOne as thought leaders and underlining us as experts within our industry. It will be your responsibility, working with key business stakeholders including the senior leadership team, commercial and technical leads to ideate, research and produce engaging content that will connect to our core audiences, generate new opportunities, drive engagement and ultimately support our collective growth plans. As part of this role, you also be engaging and maintaining regular communication with key 3rd parties including customers (e.g. case studies, roundtables, events), engaged agencies and strategic technology partners (e.g. Microsoft) to understand any existing content that can be curated and leveraged to drive success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Publishing, Content, PR, Marketing or an equivalent field
  • 4+ years’ demonstrable experience as a content marketer and/or product marketer creating multi-format assets
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining social media platforms and associated tools (e.g. Canva)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good technical understanding
  • Self-confidence and flexibility
  • Results-driven attitude with a hunger for success
  • Working understanding of search engine and answer engine (AI/LLM) optimisation and buyer intent in relation to planning, development and publish of content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks on time and within budget
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and company objectives
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers for marketing and PR purposes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience of working in B2B IT and SaaS services
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics and Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving and aiming to exceed growth targets through effective content management and development.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing, Sales and Leadership teams to ensure requirements are gathered and ensure plans are aligned with their needs.
  • Synthesise content requirements, then create and present content plans, ensuring key stakeholder buy-in.
  • Create, maintain and communicate a clear calendar of content: Giving the wider team a clear understanding of what’s happening and when.
  • Take charge of our social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn) to ensure we are consistently attracting and engaging with our target audiences. This includes scheduling and analysing content across various platforms.
  • Provide regular reporting on how content is resonating with our key audiences making recommendations as appropriate.
  • Working with wider Marketing, Commercial and Technical teams as well as customers, partners and suppliers to ensure content is continuously optimised based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Liaise with the wider team to ensure content is created for all new products released with the goal of commercial take-up.
  • Research and production of content briefs for external writers, where appropriate through to the project management.
